Results of the sixth year (1998-2003) of juvenile steelhead stock assessments on Vancouver Island at 7 streams: Campbell River, Cowichan River, Englishman River, Harris Creek, Little Qualicum River, Quinsam River, Salmon River. Streams were surveyed by two-pass electrofishing. Steelhead fry densities were compared to target levels predicted from the Ptolemy alkalinity model (1993) for habitat capacity.
