The Campbell River 2020 Site 9-11 placement project was constructed from 4 to 12 August 2020 and involved the placement of approximately 3,300 metric tonnes of washed and screened spawning gravel into the Campbell River.

The gravel was placed at Site 9, which is 600m downstream of the BC Hydro John Hart Generating Station on the left bank and just upstream of Second Island. This is the second time the project has been complicated at this site, and is therefore titled 9-11.
