From 1996 to 2001 Reconnaissance (1:20,000) Fish and Fish Habitat Inventories were conducted throughout BC. These inventories were intended to provide information regarding fish distribution in a watershed, relative abundance, and to collect biophysical habitat information. Due to time and funding constraints it was not possible to sample every stream reach or lake in a watershed, therefore a sub-set of reaches was sampled.
