TRC Cedar Ltd. is the only currently effective Forest Licensee focusing on the ICH zone in all of the Prince George Timber Supply Area (TSA). As a result, they are generating new approaches to and setting standards for harvesting and silviculture for the re-establishment of healthy and diverse forests in the ICH. TRC now wishes to begin a short and long term effectiveness evaluation of these methods in order to be able to select the most appropriate ones for achievement of the concurrent goals of biodiversity and timber production.
