The riparian brushing project at Big Tree and Spirit Creeks was completed. Quality was generally good at 92.5%. When the riparian area was planted several years ago, it was done in 319 clusters along both sides of the creeks. The 2001 survival survey determined the average number of surviving trees per cluster was 19.
