The objectives of this study are to: - evaluate the effectiveness of using GPS collars as a method of studying mountain goat habitat use in this study area; - identify any potential movement corridors between Nadina Mountain and the satellite sites; - add to the current knowledge of mountain goat habitat use and more specifically, forested habitat use; and - provide recommendations to guide management of forest harvest activities so that conservation of mountain goat habitat and populations is considered.
