The proposal is for research on the chemical ecology of seed bugs, lygus bugs, bark beetles, woodborers and terminal weevils. We will also examine the pathogenicity of fungi associated with hardwood-infesting ambrosia beetles. Fourteen knowledge-based and technological deliverables are identified. Participants include 6 graduate students and 6 postdoctoral and technical employees. John H. Borden .
