The main objectives of this document are to: develop a list of species and plant communities at risk current to October, 2005; present clear guidelines for managing species and plant communities at risk; conduct a gap analysis and determine the impact of current state of knowledge on management strategies; and identify habitat elements that may play an important role in the management of species at risk, as well as biodiversity not-at-risk.
