Abstract: To restore stream diversions that have resulted in landslides into Sparkle and Scotch Creeks, restore natural drainage patterns, reduce road related erosion, and provide good four-wheel drive access on roads required for future silviculture treatments. Resources at stake include: water quality, slope stability and downstream fish habitat; forest road infrastructure, and; forest resources. Scotch Creek is not a community watershed. Michael J.
