This project involved the stabilization of the non status Proctor Lake Road established in 1910 to access Proctor Lake water source for the City of Armstrong.. The deactivation of km 4.0- 6.2 km intended to remove 4 log culverts and replace then with rock lined fords and/or Q100 steel structures to maintain emergency 4x4 access to the Proctor Lake Road. This project was identified in the 1998 Community Watershed Assessment.
