A 2002 Fish Passage Culvert Inspection Procedure identified this location as an upstream barrier to rainbow trout migration with a score of 42. The culvert was undersized and perched. A hydrologic assessment and a box culvert design were completed in 2008/09 and the supply and installation of the culvert occurred October 14- 18,2008.
