A dichotomous key and photomicrographs of plant species common to the southern interior of British Columbia are presented as a tool for herbivore diet determination. For most taxa, photographs representing both sides of the leaf surface, stem and, in some instances, flowers are shown. All botanical specimens were photographed at 100x magnification.
