This circular provides a suggested format for planning projects funded under the Watershed Restoration component of Forest Renewal B.C.'s "Land-based Programs". Refer to Forest Renewal B.C.'s "1996/97 Handbook for Land-based Programs" for a detailed discussion of how to apply for restoration funding. The activities that this circular recommends would generally follow the approval in principle by Forest Renewal BC of a preliminary proposal, although some of the overview activities outlined in this circular would be useful for developing your preliminary proposal.
