During April to June 1982, the Fisheries Research Section of the B.C. Fish and Wildlife Branch, with assistance from the Fish Habitat Improvement Section, operated a smolt counting fence in Lynn Creek (Lynn Creek Park), North Vancouver, to evaluate headwater stocking efforts and to establish the ratio of wild rainbow trout to hatchery produced rainbow trout in the creek.
