The British Columbia Ministry of Water, Land and Air Protection (WLAP) is committed to protecting and enhancing the quality of British Columbia’s environment. Over the years, the Ministry’s staff have made significant progress in implementing strategic changes in the delivery of environmental protection responsibilities in the province.
