This report lays the groundwork for discussion on the greenhouse gas management plan. It summarizes what we know abouth the sources of both human-caused and natural greenhouse gases in British Columbia, and describes and analyzes a range of possible managment initiatives.
The paper is actually a summary of five in-depth studies - the first of their kind in Canada - which were prepared by private consultants under the direction of an interagency working group.
