The purpose of this inventory is to document the changes and trends in authorized (permitted) loadings and revenue for the years 1992/93 to 1993/94. This information is useful in determining if the regulation is an effective tool for helping the EPP achieve its goals of waste reduction and cost recovery. The inventory may also be a useful tool in making predictions about the future discharges.
