The purpose of this paper is to help define a preliminary scope for reviewing and updating BC's air quality objectives (AQOs). The objectives are benchmarks for determining whether concentrations of pollutants in ambient air (or in emissions from sources of pollution) ought to be of concern to regulators or the public.
