The Pesticide Control Act administered by British Columbia's Ministry of Environment, Lands and Parks, requires people applying or selling certain pesticides to be appropriately certified. Previous reports have identified problem areas in the certification process and developed recommendations for improvements. This report describes progress in improving the certification process during the period January-April, 1997.
