This document has been superceded by the 2016 edition, and is here for archival purposes only. This review paper provides information drawn from the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Act and Regulation that will be of particular interest to pesticide vendors. The IPM Act was brought into force on December 31, 2004, replacing the Pesticide Control Act. The legislation sets out requirements for the use and sale of pesticides in British Columbia. This document presents a lay summary of requirements specified in the IPM Act and Regulation for pesticide vendors.
