Abstract
This series of posters highlights forest genetic resource management through the genetic conservation program, an overview of operational forestry issues, and examples for several native tree species. Forest genetic resource management is incorporated in forest conservation and operations. Knowledge of how each species is adapted to the environment helps ensure sound stewardship of the genetic resources of British Columbia's tree species to sustain well-adapted, healthy, productive forests.
