In order to submit or review your application, a Basic BCeID account is the minimum requirement. No personal information is required to setup a Basic BCeID account.

If you already have a Basic or Business BCeID account, use the "Login" button. If not, use the "Register" button to create an account. Personal BCeID account types are not permitted. Local government users must be assigned a LG "role" (contact the ALC directly to be assigned the role).

The Application Search tool can be used to view all applications submitted to the ALC as of July 2015. No login is required. To view older decisions, visit the 'Applications and Decisions' section of the ALC website.
