The River Guardians conducted a creel survey of Bulkley River steelhead anglers from late August until mid November. Similar to the 1997 River Guardian program, aerial counts and an on site roving survey were the two main components of the creel survey. Two River Guardian teams collected recreational anglers demographics, angling methods, access method, license details, and steelhead catch were collected from the short interview.
