This project provides a three-dimensional understanding of the hydrostratigraphy of the Chilliwack area. Groundwater resources are being extensively exploited in this area, and constitute a major source of local water supply. Characterization of these resources is fundamental to the integrated management of groundwater and surface water. The development of the hydrostratigraphic framework contained in this report provides a stepping stone for further hydrogeologic studies.
