The primary objective of this report is to recommend a 5-year plan for research which will (1) clarify the kinds of research programs that are most pertinent to grass/tree/cattle interactions in British Columbia and (2) provide reliable information to assist resource managers with integrated forest and range management in the Cariboo, Kamloops, and Nelson Forest Regions. The recommendations are based on site visits, personal interviews, and review of literature and internal government reports.
