A methodology to analyze storm runoff events in the Coastal Western Hemlock (CWH) forests of the Coast Mountains is proposed. The data analysis will provide forest managers with information that will resolve management issues regarding hillslope runoff, size, timing and frequency of flood flows, forest road construction issues concerning erosion, culvert and bridge sizing and installation. The analysis will also identify potential cumulative impacts on aquatic habitat resulting from forest management
