The objectives of project 2666004 (Site D-51) is to provide a Environmental Management Plan (or EMP) for the removal of a known fish barrier (corrugated metal pipe) on an unnamed S3 tributary stream to Baptiste Creek, Baptiste Operating Area, Fort St. James Forest District. This project is not within a community watershed; rainbow trout (see Technical Report Ecof2006-021) were observed during fish sampling of this stream.
