The primary goal of a Fish Passage Inventory Project phase 1, is to conduct an office assessment to gather stream-crossing information that can be applied to a Licensee's Operating Area. This information will be the foundation of a database that can then be used in future decision-making processes involving resource road stream crossing upgrade and or replacement. This phase identifies current information that is available for stream crossings in the area and identifies data gaps. This database will be used in developing a prioritizationplan for Phase 2.
