This transcript is taken from a slide presentation given on June 15, 1991, at the annual meeting of the Forest History Association of British Columbia. It was preceded by an introductory speech by Trevor Green. Trevor was an employee of the Research Branch at the Cowichan Lake Research Station from 1963 to 1978. In 1979 Cowichan Lake Experimental Station changed its name to Cowichan Lake Research Station, in order to be consistent with the titles of both Kalamalka and Red Rock Research Stations.
