Abstract: Removal of wood culverts and restoration of two stream crossings was completed. The work was completed by Bendickson Contracting Ltd. The work was supervised by Aileen Grant of Michael Cullen Geotechnical. A section of low-moderate residual risk remains on the west approach to the Branch 3 stream crossing. It was determined to be more advantageous to leave a small quantity of sliver fill rather than expose a long mineral soil slope above the stream. The work was completed in general conformance with the FIA General Standards, The FIA Activity Standards, the Forest Practices Code of B.C., and TimberWest's Standard Operating procedures. The work was completed in general conformance with the approved prescriptions prepared by EBA Engineering Consultants. No substantive changes were made to the approved prescriptions.
