At the 31.8 km of the Coyote White Forest Service Road (FSR) across an S3 stream two culverts are a full barrier to the upstream passage of Westslope Cutthroat and Bull Trout. Culvert removal will restore fish passage in the Goat Creek sub-basin of Coyote Creek and the Lussier River and changes access from 4x4 drive to no vehicle access. Coyote Creek and the Lussier River are non-community watersheds.
