The objective of this project is to replace the existing culvert on Lakes Creek, classified, as an S3 stream, with an open bottom structure to provide unrestricted fish passage. This is a high value stream as a high water refuge for Fraser River species (definitely Chinook salmon and rainbow trout) and spawning and rearing habitat for Rainbow trout. This project is not located in a community watershed.
