The primary objective of this report is to evaluate stream crossings, specifically culverts, for fish passage and assess fish habitat at each crossing. Other parameters such as crossing condition, maintenance issues and sediment issues are also recorded. If crossings are determined to be barriers to fish passage, a FPCI priority score is derived to rank each crossing according to the FPCI scoring matrix.
