Abstract: A 2006 Fish Passage Culvert Inspection Procedure identified this location as an upstream barrier to rainbow and eatern brook trout migration with a score of 40. The culvert had been installed in the early 1970's and was undersized and perched. A hydrologic assessment and a culvert design were completed in 2007/08 and the supply and installation of the culvert occurred October 14-24, 2008.
