Permanent deactivation prescriptions have been prepared for the QC128 road system in the Honna River community watershed. Prescriptions for the non-status portion of the project were completed using Forest Investment Account (FIA) funds. Prescriptions for permitted and private portions were paid for by Western Forest Products Inc (WFP). Moderate to very high levels of risk were identified on portions of the QC128 system in overview assessment. Portions of the QC128 system are currently accessible to ATV and 4 wheel-drive traffic; used mainly for recreational reasons. No vehicle access will be possible with treatment as prescribed. Treatment is prescribed on approximately 10.0 km of road. Treatments are described on the maps with comments provided in the tables.
