Western Forest Products Inc. (WFP) was awarded project approval through the Forest Investment Account (FIA) to identify and prescribe restoration treatments within the Sucwoa River watershed on the west side of Vancouver Island near Tahsis, within Tree Farm Licence 19 (TFL 19). Integra Forest Consulting Ltd (Integra) was retained by WFP to undertake assessments and develop prescriptions for treatments that would enhance riparian function. Funding for this project was provided under FIA Investment number COTFL196894, Project 6894005.
