Abstract: The purpose of this project was to produce a habitat map, accompanied by a short report, or the corridor along the Mackenzie Heritage Trail, which has been proposed as a Heritage Trail under The Canada - British Columbia Agreement for Recreation and Conservation on the Alexander Mackenzie Heritage Trail. The main objective of the habitat map was to identify information on both ecological zonation and physical landform characteristics as it was these factors that formed the basis of the habitat map units. It is from this base information that interpretation maps for habitat suitability of various wildlife species will be generated.
