This summary provides general information on the 1969-70 steelhead sport fishery which may be of interest to all steelhead anglers. Only the major rivers and some of the more interesting catch and fishery information are included. More detailed information on all rivers from which catches of steelhead were reported may be obtained from the Fish and Wildlife Branch regional offices in Nanaimo, Burnaby, Penticton, Cranbrook, Kamloops, Williams Lake and Prince George as well as the Branch headquaurters in Victoria.
