This report has been prepared for Mr. Tom Blackbird (Ecosystem Officer for the Lower Mainland Region, Environmental Stewardship Division of the Ministry of Environment) who requested that Biospherics Environmental Inc. undertake a number of activities related to invasive plant species in the Skagit Valley Provincial Park. In this case, "invasive plant species" referes to alien or introduced plant species that have the potential to become or are presently detrimental to the natural ecosystems in the Park. The term "noxious weeds" referes to those plant species that have been listed by the province in the BC Weed Control Act.
