This report explores whether Yellow Lake could support a thriving sport fishery. Before moving ahead with introduction and stocking, an experiment was designed that would test first whether trout could survive summer conditions in the lake, and second whether it would feasible to circulate the lake during the autumn to provide more oxygen throughout the winter.
