Abstract:
The NOx/VOC Management Plan has been designed to address the two primary objectives laid down by CCME in October, 1998. These objectives are that the Plan should, one solve our domestic NOx and VOC related environmental problems and two meet our international obligations.
This is the first phase of a three-phase program aimed at fully resolving ground-level ozone problems in Canada by 2005.
