The data and graphic representations in this document are based on the information provided by British Columbia municipalities to KPA Engineering Ltd. who prepared the information and entered it into the "Municipal Solid Waste Tracking System" data base. The 1990 data analysis measured the quantities of waste generated in British Columbia during that year in terms of the "Residential" and "Institutional, Commercial, Industrial" on a provincial wide and a regional district by regional district basis. The analysis also includes the disposition of the waste out either to residual management or recycled. Each regional district summary is comprised of a graphic representation of the regional districts 1990 results and the provincial results for comparative purposes. The data analysis for each regional district is found on the reverse side of each graph.
