Abstract |
These reports spatially delineate the required retention areas using the best empirical information on caribou habitat requirements; evaluate proposed forest harvest units that occur outside the caribou retention areas, but still within caribou habitat; and provide a list of candidate mid-seral (10-80 yrs old) forest stands that could be spaced and/or pruned for the purpose of facilitating caribou movement and sightability. prepared by Robert Serrouya and Ian Parfitt. | ||||||||||
