| Range | |
| Range Extent: | G = 200,000-2,500,000 square km |
| Range Extent Comments: | Throughout BC including Vancouver Island (Clarke 1981; Ovaska and Sopuck 2002). |
| Occurrences & Population | |
| Number of Occurrences: | CE = 21 to >300 |
| Comments: | The 30 distinct sites where it has been found gives the minima for the range of occurrences. The upper limit is uncertain but Lee (2000c) suggested it was uncommon, having been found at only 9/176 sites in northern BC, an area completely covered by Clarke's (1981) range map (Lepitzki 2014). |

| Threats (to population, occurrences, or area affected) | |
| Degree of Threat: | D = Low |
| Comments: | Likely low threats, as this species occurs over a broad range in BC in lakes, ponds, streams and vernal pools and ditches (Clarke 1981). |
