Provincial Status Summary
Status: S3
Date Status Assigned: April 29, 2015
Date Last Reviewed: March 15, 2023
Reasons: The range is restricted to the southern portion (south of 51deg) of the province to fairly specific habitats with threats given the high populations in the areas where it occurs and from floods or droughts, sedimentation from logging or road building or the damming of waterways. It is not found in abundance where found.
