| Global Habitat Comments: | Conocephalum salebrosum occurs in moist, shaded and calcareous habitats. It grows frequently along streams, near springs, and bases of moist rocks and cliffs. This species of Concephalum is not as closely bound to wet places and is more tolerant to desiccation than C. conicum, as well as can occur in less shaded habitats. | ||||||||||
