| Global Habitat Comments: | Kurzia pauciflora grows over Sphagnum and in hummocks of bogs (Ley, 1999). Generally, the species occurs as pure patches. But sometimes it has occurred with Bazzania denudata, B. tricrenata, Frullania nisquallensis, Herbertus aduncus, and Scapania bolanderi (Hong 1988). | ||||||||||
