In order to submit or review your application, notice of intent, or notification of SRW, a Basic BCeID account is the minimum requirement. No personal information is required to setup a Basic BCeID account.

If you already have a Basic or Business BCeID account, use the "Login" button. If not, use the "Register" button to create an account. Personal BCeID account types are not permitted. Local government users must be assigned a LG "role" (contact the ALC directly to be assigned the role).

The Application Search tool can be used to view all applications submitted to the ALC as of July 2015. No login is required. To view older decisions, visit the 'Applications and Decisions' section of the ALC website.

Before creating a Notice of Intent please contact the ALC Land Use Planner (Soil Inquiries) to ensure you are submitting the correct form of soil proposal.

Creating a Notice of Intent incorrectly will result in your proposal being cancelled and you will be required to start again.

Submitting a notification of SRW only applies to a SRW described in s. 218 of the Land Title Act.

Before you create a notification of SRW:

1. Permitted Uses: If you intend to use, construct works, or remove soil or place fill (including gravel) within the SRW beyond what is permitted in the ALR Use Regulation, application or notice of intent to the ALC is required. Creating a notification of SRW in no way constitutes such an approval.

2. ALC Decision Condition Compliance: This notification of SRW is not meant to submit or confirm ALC decision condition compliance (e.g. subdivision plan), please refer back to the ALC decision letter for instructions.

3. Submitting a Notification of SRW: Ensure that you are ready to submit your SRW application package to the Land Title Survey Authority and all necessary documents have been electronically signed and finalized. You will not be able to submit this notification of SRW without attaching the finalized documents.

The ALC's automatically generated notification response will need to be attached as a supporting document to your Land Title Survey Authority SRW application package.
